Subdivision - Preliminary Plat
Description A subdivision plat is used to create more than six parcels. Subdivision plats are reviewed in two steps: preliminary and final. A preliminary subdivision plat shows the proposed layout of the lots and any roads. If a preliminary plat is approved, the final plat is then prepared consistent with that approval along with all requirements in the Town's land division regulations and state law.

Decisionmakers Plan Commission makes a recommendation and the Town Board makes the final decision

Appeals The Town Board's decision can be appealed to the circuit court.
