Planned Development District - Final Development Plan
Description A planned development district may be created to accommodate development projects that do not fit the standards established for the various zoning districts. A district is created in two steps: general development plan and precise implementation plan. 

Decisionmakers The Plan Commission makes a recommendation and the Town Board makes the final decision.

Appeals The Town Board's decision can be appealed to the circuit court within 30 calendar days of the final decision.

Depending on the type of the development proposal, the commission may be advisory to the Town Board or have the authority to make the final decision.
